The IGBT Modules 50A~300A, 1200V are characterized by soft-punch-through technology, VCE (sat) with positive temperature coefficient, lower on-state and switching loss, high short circuit capacity, "vacuum + H2 + H" process gas atmosphere, nearly voidless sodering result and widely applicable for various welding machines, AC & DC electric motor control, UPS, frequency transformer, industrial calefaction power supply etc. Particularly, the imported ABB chips and IXYS diodes inside our IGBTs ensure them of high reliability.
