GAS model Safe Optical Screen Sensor,small & smart in design,exquisite in structure,the mode of optical screenis through beam,and the detecting precision(optical screen detecting precision=the effective size of optic-through hole) has three specifications of 20mm,40mm,80mm available. It can be classified into A,B two series according to protection length. The protection length of A series is 0m~2m,and the protection length of B series is 0m~5m.For protection hight,there are 60mm~2520mm various types for choice. |

Circuits Safety Self-Detection Design
■ Control devices adopt double return circuit to strengthen output signal reliability; circuit system self-detection design ensured the complete systematicsafetysolution. WhenSafeOpticalScreen Sensor itself has malfuntions in devices or circuits,this design can ensure not to send dangerous failure signal to controlled metal forming machine,and ensure the safe control to controlled equipment.
Response Time
■ The response time of safe optical screen sensor is no more than 15ms. By full self-detection circuit design,the response time is in the self-detection control,i.e. when Safe Optical Screen Sensor itself has malfuntions in devices or circuits,to ganrantee the stop of output double return circuit can not be delayed. The response time of safe optical screen sensor is guaranteed by design circuit,the response time is short,and very safe and reliable.
Control Devices
■ Safe Optical Screen Sensor controller,ensure to send safe control signal to controlled metal forming machine. ■ Control Devices have 2 types: P type built-outside controller,SLC-2typebuilt-incontroller Built-outside and Built-in controller,the most important function is to ensure the sensor safety,the second is strong ability to load,and the third is the self-protection can be added.

Area secure sensor controller
■ P type – an external type controller,which has a beautiful outline and firm structure,could be fixed next to the machine tool or distribution board. ■ SLC-2 type–a built-in tupe controller,which has a compact structure,could be fixed in the machine tool or distribution board. ■ Act as the power supply of sensors; process the signal from sensors and output signal to control the braking circuit of machine tool. ■ Standard cable length: P – 2.5m SLC-2 – 1.0m ■ Power supply of controller: P – AC220V ( switching transfer to 110V),or DC24V SLC-2 – AC110-260V or DC24V ■ Double relays output signals. The normal output is NO or NC. |

GAS area secure sensor connection
Connection way:
Butt connecting the red leads,black leads,green leads of projector and receiver and then connect the wire to terminal 6,7 and 10; finally,connect the blue wire of receiver to terminal 9.

Connection way:
■ Power supply wire connection is as follows. ■ About T,K connector T,K connectors,for output signals,are for connecting NO contact. They could undertake load of AC380V,10A and have overload protection. If NC contacts should be used in operation,please choose T1 connector and K1 connector,which have the same loading capacity with T and K. The connection of T,K is as follows. ■ Connection for realizing non-flyback protection function A When this function is realized by machine tool,there’s no need to connect extra wires. B When this function is realized by optical protection devices,the connections should be as follows: Method one: butt connecting T,K with NO contacts of cam switch,as indication in figure <1> Method two: connect B1,B2 contactors of controller with NO contacts of cam switch,as indication in figure <2>.
