◎ Full-function, fully intelligent SCR power regulator, supporting phase-through, constant current, constant voltage, constant power, zero-crossing, phase zero-crossing control with direct switching.
◎ Multiple setpoint mode options: analog, digital, communication setting, or direct keyboard setting.
◎ Intelligent protection functions, including phase loss, overtemperature, overcurrent, load wire break, load imbalance, and power frequency fault protection.
◎ Excellent output linearity. Precisely controlled by the microcontroller for duty cycle, with real-time display of load current, voltage, and power for monitoring the regulator's working status at any time.
◎ MODBUS RTU communication function, enabling networked control with HMI, PLC, etc., for remote monitoring.
◎ Suitable for various load types, such as resistive loads, silicon carbide rod loads, transformer loads, silicon molybdenum rod loads, with loads connectable to neutral wire.
◎ Up to two analog input channels, with direct switching between current and voltage signals.
◎ Parameter saving function after on-site debugging, allowing customization of specific parameter settings.
◎ One-key restore to factory defaults function, restoring to factory values or specific parameter settings to avoid faults caused by unauthorized on-site parameter modifications.
◎ Dual-row digital display, with customizable content on the upper and lower rows; the lower row can directly switch via keys to display input, output, voltage, current, power.
◎ Detachable display panel, installable on the control cabinet panel for direct monitoring of working status.
