① Utilizes an integrated square chip, DCB board, and special welding technology.
② The main circuit, thermal substrate, and control circuit are isolated from each other, with a dielectric strength of ≥1500VDC, ensuring safe use.
③ High-resolution phase angle with a resolution of 1/40000.
④ Control and feedback signals are 12-bit high-resolution ADC.
