VUO34 VUO52 VUO80 3-phase Rectifier Bridge B6U

The VUO34, VUO52 and VUO80 are standard three-phase bridge rectifier module consist of six diodes arranged in a bridge configuration to convert three-phase alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC). These modules are commonly used in industrial power electronics for efficient and reliable rectification, with a focus on high isolation and thermal performance. 

Features

Robust Construction: Features a DCB (Direct Copper Bonded) ceramic base plate for excellent thermal management and mechanical stability, with backside isolation for safe mounting on heat sinks.

High Reliability: Planar passivated chips ensure low leakage current and high surge capability; epoxy resin encapsulation for protection against environmental factors.

Efficient Design: Very low forward voltage drop and thermal resistance enable high power density and energy efficiency; improved temperature and power cycling performance.

Mounting Flexibility: Two-screw mounting (torque: 2.5 Nm) with soldering pins suitable for PCB integration; RoHS compliant.

Space-Saving: Compact footprint reduces weight and size in system designs.
