The FS450R12KE4 is a high-performance, industrial-grade IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) power module. Built in a six-pack (sixfold) configuration, it features advanced TRENCHSTOP IGBT4 chip technology coupled with an optimized Emitter Controlled diode.
