Power MOSFET module

Greegoo has introduced new power MOSFET modules designed for low-voltage power conversion applications, available in SOT-227 packages with voltage ranges from 100 V to 500 V and current ranges from 40 A to 435 A. These modules feature electrically isolated base plates, low thermal resistance, and low Qg/RDS(on) FOM, as well as low capacitance, ensuring efficient power conversion performance. They comply with RoHS standards, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness. The modules are easy to parallel, making them suitable for various industrial applications, including industrial power supplies, choppers, forklifts, battery chargers, switch-mode power supplies, synchronous rectification, temperature control, welding equipment, UPS systems, motor drives, and solid-state laser power supplies. Greegoo's new MOSFET modules not only enhance system reliability and efficiency but also simplify the design process. Samples are now available for customers to request.
